Fahmi Mohd. Yunus<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tanjung Malim &#8211;<\/strong> Onde-onde dan kuih ketayap, kuih yang cukup sinonim dengan sarapan pagi masyarakat Malaysia khususnya bangsa Melayu. Terkenal dengan rasa lemak manis intinya kuih ini sesuai dijadikan pencuci mulut tradisional. PusKeb menjemput Zolkipli Abdullah dan Aiman Ikram Uyub dari Fakulti Muzik dan Seni Persembahan sebagai panel penilai bagi kumpulan yang bertanding. Turut membantu dalam program tersebut Nety Erdayanti dan Siti Nurzulaiqha daripada Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar UPSI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPenganjuran pertandingan memasak kuih tradisional bersifat santai ini ternyata menggamit nostalgia ketika saya masih kecil. Masih teringat di ingatan air tangan ibu saya menyiapkan kuih muih untuk keluarga kami dan hari ini saya menyediakan kuih mengikut cara ibu saya. Kumpulan kami menggunakan minyak kelapa dara sebagai penambah perisa dengan harapan rakan-rakan turut berpeluang menikmati rasa yang sama seperti air tangan ibu saya,\u201d ujar Dr. Norzuraina Mohd.
