Program ini dianjurkan oleh Unit Suaian Fizikal di bawah Unit Kecemerlangan Sukan Pelajar (UKSP), Pusat Sukan UPSI dengan kerjasama Fakulti Sains Sukan dan Kejurulatihan UPSI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bengkel ini telah dikendalikan oleh Professor Dr. Nur Ikhwan bin Mohamad, yang merupakan Penasihat Unit Suaian Fizikal serta pensyarah di Fakulti Sains Sukan dan Kejurulatihan UPSI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beliau mempunyai kepakaran dalam bidang suaian fizikal dan pembangunan prestasi atlet, sekali gus memberikan perkongsian ilmu yang amat bermanfaat kepada para peserta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div orang peserta telah menyertai bengkel ini yang terdiri daripada pengurus pasukan, Yang Dipertua kelab sukan pelajar serta pelajar atlet berprestasi tinggi UPSI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kehadiran peserta daripada pelbagai latar belakang sukan telah mewujudkan suasana pembelajaran yang interaktif dan memberi peluang kepada mereka untuk berkongsi pengalaman berkaitan latihan sukan dan pembangunan prestasi atlet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sepanjang bengkel berlangsung, peserta mengikuti sesi ceramah berkaitan asas suaian fizikal dalam latihan sukan serta aktiviti praktikal membina periodisasi latihan tahunan menggunakan templat yang disediakan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bengkel ini turut disertai sesi soal jawab bagi memberi ruang kepada peserta mendapatkan penjelasan lanjut daripada penceramah mengenai keseluruhannya, program ini memberi impak positif dalam memperkukuh pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep suaian fizikal dalam sukan.
