The LoI was signed by both parties as a symbol of UPSI\u2019s agreement of having a franchise in Switzerland where it will be managed by TESS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">UPSI was represented by its Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dato\u2019 Dr. Zakaria Kasa while TESS was represented by the coordinator of this program, Mr. Parthipan Kandasamy. During the meeting, Prof. Dato\u2019 Dr. Zakaria said, UPSI will implement this program as soon as the proposal made by TESS had been received. He added that any learning and teaching material should be managed and discussed by expertise from both institutions and the franchise needs to follow all of UPSI\u2019s rules and regulations such as the duration of selected programs and matters related to exam questions.
