TANJONG MALIM, 22 June 2026 – Bowling 2026: Roll Into Fun was successfully held at the UPSI Sports Bowl, Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), bringing together international students in an enjoyable atmosphere filled with sportsmanship and unity. The programme was organised by UPSI Global Buddies in collaboration with the International, Mobility and Advanced Education Centre (IMAC).
With the participation of more than 30 international students from China, Uzbekistan, and Indonesia, the programme aimed to strengthen connections among students from diverse backgrounds while fostering positive interactions. This initiative also supports UPSI’s aspiration to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for international students. Furthermore, the programme served as a platform for cross-cultural exchange, allowing students to embrace diversity, share experiences, and develop a greater sense of belonging within the UPSI international student community.
The event began with a short briefing on the rules and regulations of the activity, after which participants were divided into random groups, providing them with the opportunity to interact and get to know one another in a warm and welcoming environment. The programme was filled with excitement as participants cheered for one another and shared moments of laughter throughout the games.
Each student had the opportunity to showcase their bowling skills while contributing to their respective teams. At the same time, the programme promoted important values such as teamwork, communication, mutual respect, and cooperation in a positive environment that encouraged friendship among international students.
