The trip brought together more than 20 international students from UPSI and aimed to provide participants with an enriching experience while exploring one of Malaysia’s most renowned highland destinations.

According to Programme Director Ashrani Husna Ahmad Asraf, the initiative was designed to strengthen friendship and engagement among international students while promoting Malaysian tourism.

“It is also part of our effort to enhance student well-being and ensure their stay in Malaysia is both meaningful and memorable,” she explained.
The journey began with a scenic cable car ride on the Genting Skyway, where participants enjoyed panoramic views of the lush rainforest. The group then visited the Chin Swee Caves Temple, a cultural and historical landmark that allowed students to appreciate Malaysia’s serene highland landscape and architectural heritage.
The excitement continued as participants explored the Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park and Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park, where they enjoyed a variety of recreational rides and entertainment activities.
